Nestled in the heart of the Devon countryside and close to Bude and the North Cornwall coast, our five individual holiday properties are perfectly located. It's the ideal place to just unwind and enjoy the restful sounds of the country, hit the surf beaches and coastal path or to explore captivating villages such as Tintagel, Boscastle, Clovelly and Padstow.

There are plenty of beautiful beaches (many dog friendly) and stunning Dartmoor is just 30 minutes in the other direction. For a day out, the Eden Project is within easy reach. We are just 2 ½ miles from the market town of Holsworthy and only ½ mile to a local pub that serves great food

Stonechat was converted in 2018 from a 300 year old barn, with thick cob walls and a stunning stone frontage.

Sandpipers

Sandpipers is a pretty upside-down holiday cottage with two bedrooms (a double and bunkbeds)

Roehaven

Escape to nature in Roehaven a new, cosy hand-crafted, yurt built by a local Dartmoor business.

The perfect escape for couples with a cosy wood burner and just a short walk to a great village pub.

Lilliput

Lilliput is a brand new, luxury 20ft hand-crafted, shepherds hut built by a local family business.

AMENITIES

Dog Friendly

Dogs are very welcome in most of our properties and we have several fields that you can use for dog walking.

Free Wifi

Stonechat, Nuthatch and Sandpipers have free WiFi. Lilliput and Roehaven are an off-grid holiday experience to shield you from the distractions of WiFi.

Garden

Nuthatch, Stonechat and Sandpipers have private, enclosed gardens with patio furniture and BBQ. Little Derril has 11 Acres of fields and woodlands for you to explore.

Laundry

There is a communal laundry room and beach toys and equipment available to borrow.

Log Burners

Stonechat, Nuthatch, Lilliput Shepherds Hut and Roehaven Yurt have wood burners, . All cottages have electric central heating.

Family Friendly

Highchair and travel cots are available on request.
